We carry a large selection of cake decorating supplies sourced locally and imported Jem, Patchwork, FMM, Orchard and Celcake.

We can help with bags and boxes, chocolates, sugared almonds, etc for you wedding bombonerie.

From the chocolate cabinet you can choose from over 100 gourmet chocolates, truffles, liqueur, non-liqueur, nutty rochers and pralines.  

Chocolates are bought in from 7 local chocalatiers (mostly trained in Europe) and all using Belgian Barry Callebaut Chocolate which is imported and then tempered and converted into finished products here in New Zealand using our unique and local ingredients for the centres creating – Handmade works of Art.

We stock Valrhona, imported from France, Frys, Bassetts, Galaxy and Walkers imported from England.

We also stock many other famous brands, why not ask if we haven’t got it, we may be able to source it. Lindt, Gavarny, and locally made Bennetts of Mangawhai plus a large assortment of branded top quality chocolates are all available.
